Cycleccino (Permanently Closed)

Really disappointed, I booked my bike in for a service, went to collect it a week later only to be told it hadn't been done because servicing/repair of police bikes had taken precedence. I understand the importance of contracted work but why not communicate this when I was booking my bike in? To add insult to injury, to then be told that I could take my bike away if I wasn't happy........
