Cyclehouse Warrington

I would have loved to give Cyclehouse a far better review than this as the work they did in my bike was very good. The problem comes from the length of time it took for just a simple gear shifter repair.

I took it in on a Monday and was told it would be ready within the week as parts had to be ordered. Fair enough, no problem but then Friday arrived and still no word. Long story short I had to chase them three or four times to get the work done and in the end it took over two weeks.

If they had just communicated better then I wouldn't have been so let down but customer service is extremely important and on thus occasion I feel quite let down.

From the moment me and my 12 year old son walked into Warrington cyclehouse we was greeted and then given some very good advice on what size bike and what make of bike would be best for my son , my son come away on his 12th birthday with a 2018 model GT yes I know we are in 2017 but this GT was freesh in stock and from the new 2018 range and I must say it is a lot of bike for the price ..o yes other bikes are available... 5 stars from me Mr Dale

Very friendly, professional staff who listened to what I wanted and then came up with bike to fit the bill. Great bike fit with Rick, made me feel very confident about taking the next step with my riding. Can't praise them enough.

Bought my beautiful Cannondale Synapse 105 with a free bike fit thrown in here 4 years ago and was very happy. 3 years later started to get regular neck pains while riding. Quick trip back to see Rick, a few adjustments and a new pair of shoes ( always good ) and I have been pain free since - black magic I do bekieve :-) highly recommend this place.

Can't speak highly enough about the guys at Cyclehouse. We rocked up at 3:30pm on day 5 of our LEJOG trip with a busted rear wheel. Not only were they able to find a suitable replacement wheel, fit said wheel in an unbelievably quick time but gave us some gels and powders to help us on our way. Excellent honest service, highly skilled mechanics and top blokes to boot!
