Unhelpful staff not interested in helping with bike components such as bottom bracket or gear components... Had to go to a shop with real bike people working in it

Bought 2 bikes from here, friendly & knowledgeable owner, delivered my bikes personally and had a loyalty card scheme going.

The only bike shop I've ever been to which wouldn't let me borrow the tools to fix a puncture!

I've used Cyclelogical for over 8 years to fix all my bikes (commute, road, mtb and TT). Urgent fixes are treated as urgent even on the morning of a race day. Friendly staff and turnaround is usually fast which is essential for me.

More than a full service - complete re-cable, new headset, wheel and bb bearings, chain and chainset. The frame is a bit of a pain with internal cable routing and in view of the amount of mechanical aggro the labour charge was extremely reasonable. Bike rides perfectly.
