Cycles Scuderia

I have always found the staff in this shop to be helpful. The work I have had done on my bike has always been spot on, and they have also helped me out with fixing my son's bmx and my wife's hybrid. A good all round shop that I would recommend to any cyclist.

Brought my 8 year olds sons bike along as he had a puncture whilst we were holidaying in Bideford. The owner couldn't have been more disinterested in resolving the issue even though his assistant was really keen to help out but wasn't allowed to. Ended up buying the inner tube from the shop which was identified by the owner as the correct one, got it home and it was way too small. Couldn't do anything about it as store was closed for the bank holiday Sunday & Monday. I have never written a review before and I'm not one to bad mouth any business but the owner of this store definitely deserves 1 star for ruining the cycling element of our holiday. I hope he can learn from this and realise he should be in business to help people out as well as lining his pockets.

These guys are standout for the southwest and Bideford is pretty lucky to host such a store. Excellent knowledge, competitive prices and without doubt one of the best showrooms/bikes - if not the best in the South west.

I called in today on a whim, having spotted the shop via internet. I was very impressed with the range of high quality machinery on display, but even more so by the very knowledgable Malcolm who clearly knows the business inside out. Next time a new bike beckons I know who'll get the business! Thank you for the welcome.
