Dropped in at lunch time with an obscure query on a creaking bottom bracket and the young staff member took the time to identify my bike on the Cannondale website and suggest a set of tools for the job. Its the kind of shop where cyclists feel welcome and where they will find out what you need before they sell it to you. A great bunch of people with a great attitude.
