I went in this week to have my inner tubes replaced. The staff were really friendly and understanding, the service was efficient, and estimates for how long the repairs would take were accurate ☺ thanks for your help, will definitely be returning if I run into any more issues!

Bought a Cannondale Synapse 105 from the Canterbury store and have had a number of issues which Adam and the team have tried to fix. I've had to take the bike back 5 times and they have replaced components at their cost and have been incredibly helpful and patient. I'm still having issues, but I cannot ask them to do any more, it has to be the bike. My advice would be that you DO buy a bike at the Canterbury store (the team are great)...but DO NOT buy a Cannondale Synapse 105!

Had a problem with damaged headset bolts. It required drilling-out the bolt heads to enable replacement. Might've not worked out, but the Canterbury staff did a great job of carefully putting it right. They also rectified a couple of other mis-settings elsewhere on the bike. Won't consider going anywhere else now for repairs, etc!

I Can’t praise Cycles UK enough. Originally ordered a Cannondale Synapse 105 through the website. Had a problem with the bike and took it to the Canterbury Branch who couldn’t be more helpful in trying to fix the bike. When this did not work (Recurring Manufacturing fault) Cycles UK bent over backwards to keep me as customer. I chose another bike but not a brand they stock (Lapierre) but they went the extra mile and managed to order one in to the local branch. Special Thanks to Charlie (customer services) and Tim/Anthony in the shop. They all tried their best and made the process easy to deal with. I always find the mark of a good company is how they respond when something goes wrong and in the case of Cycles UK each part of the business that I dealt with was excellent. Well done guys and thanks.

Wonderful expert service and advice. Nothing was too much trouble for the knowledgeable and friendly staff. LBS experience with the power and stock of a chain. Anything I asked of them was met with a courteous and honest reply, making my purchase a pleasure. Would highly recommend this store and its fantastic staff. Who would have thought that spending four figures could be so much fun! Thanks guys! (Even the wife likes 'em!)

I bought an electric bike to help me with exercise, I'm 71 years young. Unfortunately the one I bought was not up to the job and after talking to Adam, he got onto the manufacturer who said it wasn't meant for steep hills.... He refunded the cost I paid there and then and I bought another type of electric bike, although more expensive, is a joy to ride. Hills are no problem now. Nothing is too much trouble in that shop. I highly recommend it.

Went in there to ask for bikes last week. Nobody cared to help me out. When I asked them about the price of one they said £350. Then I asked about the difference with another bike that cost £280 and the guy very sarcastically said 'none. No difference '. When I asked why the price is so varied he replied ' its the colour.' and walked off. I go on Google and find their same bike from £350 down to £255. I go back and ask them about it and they were so rude and basically told me to go get it from Google. Who are these people? Why are they even allowed to work there? Go to Halfords and get great service. Now my whole family and friends are Halford customers.

Total lack of interest when I went to look into the cycle to work scheme so I got a £750 cannondale elsewhere and the same when I went in only a week ago to look at getting a new mountain bike so purchased a new one today for £900,two big sales out the door..Keep working on that customer service..Did I mention I had the same lack of interest when I took my bike in for repair,I would tell you what they said but it's a bit hard when they talk to you whilst walking away.!!

Had to arrange a repair of my Grandaughters bike, phoned the Canterbury store to discribed the fault and was asked to drop the bike in and the repair shouldn't take more than 2hrs, when I arrived on seeing the fault I was advise the repair would take 1/2 to 3/4 hr I returned after 35mins and the bike was ready to take away. The service and attitude of all the staff was excellent exactly the same when I brought the bike 9 months ago, keep it up lads a proper bike shop.
