Had a long overdue service on my trek fuel. I can't recommend this shop enough. My bike feels like new again, the staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great guys great shop would recommend. They know their bikes and good on what tyres to buy.

My boys specialized bike was stolen by absolute scum long story short managed to get bike back but was in a sorry state took it to the guys at cycles UK they were so helpful they managed to get the bike back to new if not better! And at a far price many thanks guys keep up the good work will definitely be using you in the future .

The guys at Cycles UK are ace. They always offer such great advice and don't make novice riders feel patronised if they aren't sure about something. I got my Specialized road bike from them over 4 years ago and after regular (and reasonable!) servicing by their freindly mechanics means it's still going strong!

They recently serviced my bike ahead of RideLondon100 and it rode like a dream all the way round.

Highly recommend this store for all all your cycling needs. The in store stock is limited but you can always order in what you need either in store or online, and they will send back any unwanted items with their next delivery. Keep up the good work chaps!

Have bought three bikes from Chelmsford shop over the past few years, staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. And I would rate them as cyclists first and salesman second, they ask what type of riding I do not how much I want to spend. Had a problem with my new bike which they sorted on the spot on a Sunday afternoon free ofcharge

I'm a regular cyclist and used most of the bike shops in Chelmsford. Cycles UK is my favourite. Friendly, excellent technical support at all levels, consistently good value and only place i now trust to work on my bikes.

After a mishap on my bike during which time my derailleur self destructed causing damage to my bike. I was treated to a friendly, professional and fast repair plus bike service, by a highly proficient competent, skilled craftsman. His work was then checked by a senior technician during which time every nut and bolt was rechecked!

Excellent, friendly service by the mechanics at UK Cycles, Chelmsford. Without any prompting from me they processed a warranty claim for a replacement frame from Trek and built the bike from scratch. Highly recommended

well where to start I myself am from southend-on-sea I bought my Trek from this store about two year ago and have never looked back the service i received for the guys has been next to none I would't use any other cycle shop the guys here know what they are talking about so if you are looking for the best service i would go here :D
