Quality act from these guys - had an accident this morning on my commute into Maidstone which buckled my front wheel, so was looking for somewhere to get a quick fix. These guys were on my route, and after reading reviews, I thought I would give them a go. Can not fault them.

Russ was fantastic at quickly identifying the issue, telling me what would need to be replaced and then giving me a quote before letting me leave my bike with him and get on with my working day. This was at 9am. By 12:30 the same day I got a call from him to say it was fixed, and when I went back Adam was even kind enough to help me adjust my seat before heading back out. The result? The bike rides even better than before my accident.

Thank you for a speedy repair guys - you offer an incredibly good service and I hope to shop with you again.

Take one old but loved bike, hand it over to these guys and let them do some magic. Result? Fantastic, everything works like new and it came in within 2% of their estimate. Great job for about 1/3 cost of new bike.

I bought a bike and service plan from Halfords in Shirley (Birmingham), I've taken it in about 15 times and I felt the bike always came back worse than when it went it! I was due to do the Kentish Killer and had to take my bike in 4 times to Halfords and they kept telling me it was fixed (it wasn't)... I desperately called Cycles UK in the hope that they might be able to help me out.

Not only did they identify the problem immediately, they fixed it, waited for me to get back from the football (I was running a little late) and didn't charge me anything as I was taking part in the KK. Amazing customer service, really good guys and saved me 45 miles of annoyance! Thank you so much, if I lived in the Maidstone area and needed a bike plan - I'd definitely be asking these guys for a quote.

I bought my 2 year old twins their 1st bikes from here in the spring. The store gave me fantastic service. the guys in the shop were extremely welcoming and very helpful. The kids love their bikes, they're great.
