I took my old Raleigh town bike in which was stuck in top gear, not knowing if they'd be able to help. They found the right part and repaired it there and then - it's worked perfectly since. He then dated my bike to 1960! Very polite, efficient and helpful service. Have been recommending it ever since! (ps best to ring first)

Brilliant service, went in after falling off my bike and buckling my back wheel, mechanic fixed it straight away and gave the bike a look over. Really helpful, great service. Thank you very much. Highly recommend

Always very helpful whenever I have visited, and did their utmost to get my bike back on the road after it got hit by a car. It's an unusual bike, so some parts were hard to source, but they didn't give up. It's also nice to see people genuinely interested and enthusiastic about bikes in general. It's not just "another product" to fix.

The staff in store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a helmet and lock as well as a service for my bike and got exactly what I needed without overspending. What I was most impressed with was the honesty of the guys who serviced my bike. My bike had been in storage for the last 8 years & they could have told me that I needed new brakes, chain etc & I would have been none the wiser & just paid up. However they informed me that all it needed was a bit of TLC, a few adjustments & that I've still got a few months left on the brakes before I need to replace them. Amazing service!

Brilliant customer service from the store manager to the guys who put the bike's together. Told the guys what I wanted and they pointed me in the right direction. One happy customer!!

Your loss. We had three thousand pounds to spend on a pair of electric bikes. We looked at bikes and waited around for 10 minutes . At no point did any salesperson approach us or even acknowledge us
. Indeed we listened to the two guys behind a counter to the left of the shop in black shirts laughing and chatting with each other. And another two gentleman behind the central desk made no effort to even acknowledge us let alone come out and speak to us .
Poor customer services ! We spent our money elsewhere!
