Great LBS saved an amateur mechanic (me) after trying to tighten a very expensive crank arm and making a mess of it,these guys are a credit to the business and i will leave any futher work in their capable hands..

Took my son to get a bike for his 4th Birthday. Very happy with the bike and they were great with him

Thoroughly disappointing. I have always felt that Cyclesport were offering an adequate service at a reasonable price, but my latest visit will be my last. I requested a basic service, which was mainly to release my seized hydraulic brakes, and accepted the offer of an adjustment to the air pressure in the suspension. When I received the bike back, the brakes were released (at an additional cost) and the fork pressure was better, but the rear shock was almost empty, the gears totally out of sync, and the rear tyre barely contained any air. I contacted the shop by email to express my disappointment, but received no response, so I feel that I should share my experience so you can save your hard earned money.

Perfect service!!
Visited the shop for the first time today and dropped my bike in for a service. They told me I could collect my bike in a couple of days. 3 hours later they phoned and told me it was all finished and i could pick it up. Great bunch of guys, really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back at some point.
