Really knowledgeable staff and as my request took 10 seconds to do, getting a rear cassette to come off, they didn't even charge. Bought other bits and some sausage rolls for them. Old fashioned customer service

Came to the shop today. A rainy day and no one else in the shop. There were 5+ employees stood around doing nothing. We were looking to buy 4. Bikes and spend around £3k plus. No one greeted us as we walked around the shop for ten minutes. The guy behind the till looked our way twice yet still remained silent. Not even a good morning. Absolutely terrible customer service skills. Will not be setting foot in your shop again.

Swung bye as I had puncture on the way from southampton and the value wasn't tight enough, tighten the value pumped up my tyre free of charge. Really nice and helpful!

Staff are very friendly and professional, have tweaked and fixed minor things on my bike for free, and are always helpful in guiding me through proper care of my bike and the products that are best to do so with. Highly recommend this shop! 🚴

Wife booked in my bike to get a Rockshox Reverb seat post fitted. She checked through my bike spec with the staff on the phone, they rang back 2 hours later and confirmed it could be fitted to my bike. It was booked in 4 days before Xmas , and this was going to be my Xmas present. My wife , with help from my friends , manouvered me into not biking before Xmas and secretly took my bike to Cycle Works to have Xmas present fitted (as opposed to just buying one). When she got there she was told it could not be fitted on my bike post (too narrow 27.2 mm) but they can do a cable adjusted seatpost. She was gutted as this was meant to be my main Xmas present, and a surprise. They had no knowledge of who gave out the incorrect information. Needless to say I was pis*ed off as as well when I heard how much effort she had put into research and setting this up without my knowledge, with the collusion of my friends. Anyway, no Xmas present and too late to organise anything else.

Follow up:
Cycleworx (Ben) made every attempt to contact me after the above event and bent over backwards to try and resolve the situation. He tracked me down in France and the bike was rebooked in , and a special deal was available. The end result was a new riser seat post was fitted to my bike , very neatly and professionally done. Works great, and they tweaked/adjusted a few other components for free as well. I don't think they could have worked harder to rectify the original situation. which was originally some miscommunication between staff while one of them was on a day off. Thanks Cycleworx, confidence totally restored and a great professional job done on my bike.

First Class Service!!

It doesn't get much better than this. The service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is second to none. Harry, Ben and the guys have looked after me and my wife faultlessly for the last 18 months, since we move to Petersfield.

My bikes are serviced regularly by the team and have always had the time to check things over for me if I have a query about anything.

In the last 18 months, I have bought 2 bikes - a Cervelo S3 and a Whyte 905 MTB, both transactions have been super simple and I have come away with the right products for my budget each time. In addition to larger purchases, I have bought everything from tyres, Stages power meter, shoes and a baby seat for my daughter.

I'm unsure why I would go anywhere else with service like this. Keep it up fellas!
