They tried to mug me off and con me. They charged me the full price of a second hand tyer asif it was new, then said they couldn't change my brake pads and almost forced me into getting break new callipers instead when mine where only 2 months old! They saw I didn't have a lot of knowledge on bikes and tried to take full advantage of that. I urge everyone not to go t a are other bike shops in the radious.

Took my 15 year old Brompton in with a clicking sound, as they are authorised dealers. I received excellent service from them not only in terms of assistance but also they were very honest in their repairs- hence coxt. Alas, a new problem has occurred so back to them tomorrow.
