I purchased my first road bike (Focus) 4 weeks ago from cyclo monster. I always experienced great customer service as soon as I walked through the door, a very knowledgeable team that never pushed too hard for a sale and provided me with lots of information even though I wasn't buying the first time I went in, something that I didn't get from other shops, so I was more than happy to return and give them my business!!
Before receiving the bike, they performed checks and made sure everything was set up correctly to fit me before taking it away. Since then I've been racking up the miles and loving it, so thanks to all at cyclo monster!!

Friendly staff, who are always willing to help and have a chat. Be Warned they have fantastic range of accessories and parts, only went in the other day to spend £10 and ended up spending £40 😀

I was struggling to find some pinch bolts for a Shimano crank, I'd ordered some from another vendor on eBay that didn't fit on arrival. I went into the Cyclo Monster shop and they provided some straight away for the same price as I'd paid online. Great service.

I recently brought 2 new Frog bikes for the kids. I can honestly say the service was great! Friendly advice, not at all pushy and and happy to spend time with the kids trying dofferent sizes and colours! Will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks

Having decided to buy a bike and having visited various outlets I have to say Cyclo Monster in Derby were the most professional and knowledgeable. They impressed me with their attention to detail and their attitude which was friendly and very reassuring. Having collected my bike last week and cycled home I am more than happy that I have made the right purchase. Thank you Cyclo Monster.

Warning beware!

All for support your lbs but the customer service experienced was exetermly poor. I had a basic alteration booked for a road bike, upon arrival it was clear they had over booked and with a flippant attitude advised I'd have to come back next week!

Totally not exceptable with a complete disregard of the customer experience.

Fortunately I subsequently went to Mercian Cycles directly from cyclo monster, where they were more than happy to assist and at half the price...take note.

This is definitely the type of shop that I would love to visit from time to time. Great bike accessories and parts. What else could I ask for.
