Decent little shop, went in for some Shimano cleats (one had broken while riding), he didn't have the Shimano version but had something exactly the same that seems just as good. Plenty of other stock and friendly service. Doesn't take contactless payments but most small shops don't anyway so that's no big deal.

Great service at the drop of a hat, not the first time yesterday called in at the drop of a hat to say any chance you can have a look at a problem with my bike, Matt pulled out the stops to try and sort it there/then, couldn't quite get there but sorting it by Monday.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, Matthew was so very kind to my little boy today, made his day. He played with his bike bell all the way home. Will definitely be going back!

I am a regular - not because Matt's work needs redoing but because my bike's such a tart. He is always willing and able to do what is necessary, often with little or no charge. Once he has finished all his electric bike courses he will be even more useful, but could not be more helpful.

Took my road bike here a few times, and it seemed to cost me £50 every time I visited. Bought a second hand bike and visited the place again to have derailleur set up only to be told that the frame was twisted and it would cost yes £50 to have it straightened.....anyway took it to halfords Northwich who said nonsense no problem with the frame and did the job I wanted for £14. I wanted to support a local bike shop....

I have had you're service before n it was quality but I completely forgot to ask if they buy bikes or is it just exchanges

Great service. Had a wheel rebuilt, with the option of having it look at again, if it slackens. It did, and Matt tweaked it free of charge within the hour. Brilliant.
