Some of the best customer service you could ask for. Friendly & honest. The staff have a sound knowledge of their product & have provided me with lots of useful tips and advice over the last 5yrs. I feel like they know my bike inside out which fills with confidence whenever I need help. My No 1 for sure. Thank you sooo much!!

Great shop have been going there for years. Can always count on them to have a good range of cycle related clothing, parts and complete bikes, as well as a fully specced workshop for any repairs. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Miles better than the other 3 bike shops in Balham.

Stock is great too, particularly accessories & high end parts but the professionalism and knowledge these guys have is great. Happily reamed my seat tube on the spot when other bike shops didn't even want to go near it.

Was having trouble with my TREKs brakes, the guy in the shop changed the pads and cable and made other adjustments and the bike is as good as new! Very professional and friendly service, will definitely be back!

Had 2 punctures in the space of 700m luckily I was near this place. I needed a new tyre as there was some glass embedded in the tyre. New tube and tyre all fixed within 15 mins and it was past closing time !! Great service, bike knowledge and very competitively priced despite being a stand alone single shop retailer. Thank you.

BE AWARE of being ripped off here - i took my 6 year old sons bicycle into this shop as there was a brake I could not work - the guy came out and looked at it and said it would be over £40 to mend it - when I queried this extortionate price considering brake cables can be bought for £6 he told me that he had large overheads to consider and had years of experience, He would not budge on the price so disappointed I took it over the road to a bicycle shop nearly opposite called 'psubliminal' the man who worked there looked at the bike and fixed the brake on the spot in 5 minutes through adjusting the parts and did not charge me a penny!

Superbly helpful. Went in expecting them to have nothing, but left with almost everything I needed - including an out of stock item they sold me from the workshop! Very knowledgable.

Great store, Ramunas definitely knows his stuff, very professional and also amazingly fast in changing tyres (worth a look ;)). They have been accommodating my commuter issues couple times including working late to get a derailleur back on it! Cyclopolis sells Cannondale, Bianchi, Campag. etc. Always good to support your local bike shop!

Spot on adivce from a gentleman who plainly knows his stuff (having worked on bikes since he was 11! ). Work completed quickly and parts sourced on my behalf. Bike feels better than it was when new. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Took my bike in last week Wednesday. New casette, top ring and chain. Gear service. Some of the parts were a bit expensive but the bike rides like a dream and I got a same day turn around. Happy customer
