I’ve just visited Marcus at Cycloservices for my son’s baby jogger. He fixed ken within a few minutes and told me what the problem was. An extreme professional, excellent customer service and absolute value for money! Thank you Marcus! Will definitely come back next time.

A real gem of a shop on the outskirts of Norwich. Marcus is a real enthusiast, incredibly knowledgable, helpful, friendly and modest. Gave me tons of advice for free, then fixed up my bike for not very much more. Judging by these reviews, Cycloservices has many loyal customers – which tells you all you need to know.

Brilliant LBS, prices are competitive against the larger chain stores and the turnaround time is faster. I've had my bike looked at here a couple of times and I've been impressed with the service every single time.

If you want a local service that has years of experience and is able to explain what is going to be done to your bike then I cannot suggest them any more.

Parking is available on site and it's nicely sign posted so you won't miss it. Plenty of gear and spares in store with a handful of beautiful bikes for sale.

After a few issues of me being a colossal idiot with my bike Marcus was able to rectify my faults with days. 100% the only place I will take my bike in Norwich now.

Where to start with this review. Nicely positioned shop just off the ring road, parking available. The depth of knowledge found is truly incredible. Nothing is to much trouble for Marcus. Good stock levels can be found covering a wide range of cycle requirements from service items to accessories. I love the fact they work in the main shop area where you can clearly see the quality of the workmanship. From my view they have the highest care and work ethics I have seen in a very long while. Marcus has done both bikes for me to what can only be described as the highest of standards taking two bikes that were ok, To two bikes that are very enjoyable to ride every thing is just so smooth. His knowledge Base I find to be second to none. Even when I've asked him a multitude of questions his ability to explain in depth is brilliant. Will I use him again with out a shadow of a doubt.
