I had an obscure clicking noise from rear gears in my electic bike,thanks to the efficient and friendly staff they soon diagnosed the problem & I am very pleased with the efficiency of the work which didn't cost me an arm & a leg.the staff were very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

They were brilliant. When my chain snapped and destroyed the rear derailleur, rear hanger and considerably bent the rear wheel out of shape, they replaced and fixed everything in less than an hour and I was back on the road. I phoned many bike shops between chippenham and bath. They were the only ones who could help there and then.

I purchased a giant bike from from this shop in the belief that i would receive a good service from a local shop- how wrong was I!!
My problems started when the delivery date was put back repeatedly and each time i came to collect the bike i was told delivery had been put back without them informing me.
After receiving the bike, I returned it for the first service (in the knowledge that there were bearings that sounded like they were on their way out already). I picked the bike up and found that nothing had been done on the bike and the bearings still sounded ropey! A couple of weeks later the bearings in the wheel sounded like they were trying to escape, i took the bike in twice and was told by the same employee that there was nothing wrong with the bearings in the wheel or bottom bracket. I took it in a third time to a different bloke who tested the wheel and instantly said it was the bearings in the rear wheel that had gone.
Once the bike was returned to me (after being told i owed them for cleaning the hub till i reminded them of the warranty!) i found the problems hadn't been fixed and yet again returned it to them, this time i was told the wheel would be replaced by giant...this goes on!
I received a call from the shop a couple of months later to inform me that as i had an upgraded new replacement wheel, they could offer me the same model for the front wheel. Unaware the rear replacement was an upgrade i jumped at the chance for a cost price front one.
On entering the shop i was told there was a mix up with two other customers who had problems with giant wheels- and informed my rear wheel replacement was a like for like and not an upgrade......they reluctantly offered me the front wheel for £12 more than originally stated. No thanks!!
Save yourself the aggro and avoid this shop!!!
