Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the bosses they offer no support towards new members of staff and trainees they feel isolated. Their not allowed to leave the premises for lunch it’s like a prison and as soon as something goes wrong it’s the trainees and new members that cop for everything their made to be scapegoats. Something needs to be soon about this awful establishment. I’d hate to think how they treat the patients if this is what the staff are going through
my brother got triggered because of all the blood stains on the walls you really need to sort that out of something bad will happen to him and I hate you for not listening to his period issues SORT IT OUT NOW OR I WILL BE SUEING YOU LOT
My friend is in there and he messages me saying that the staff and people bullying and he can't do squat about it so this hospital need to buck up there ideas or I'll sue them
A lot of gossip with staff everyone knows everything about everyone. Not as professional as I would've hoped when it came to legal matters. No support given when it was needed.
Bullying from some staff members.
Doesn't get cleaned as thoroughly as I would've thought with it being a hospital. Blood can remain on walls for months.
Over all pretty disappointed with the experience.
