After a bad experience at another pub in town we arrived here with two hungry little girls and were treated beautifully by the friendly staff. Thankyou!!! The free softserve with our meals was lovely too � If we're in Cygnet again we'll know where to go �

A very clean and comfortable hotel and the staff are very polite and helpful which all together made for a very pleasant stay
On a national holiday coach tour last year and we finished up with a manky cold damp room in the basement, asked to change rooms and they said they were full, asked about the heating and they said it would be on later, ( never said how much later ) eventually got a fan heater and it was tolerable but the hotel is tired and ba dly in need of tlc. Even though the expectation was not high it was dissapointing.
Nice 5 day break . Lovely friendly staff they were always there to help you.would definitely go on a return visit .
