What a fantastic restaurant! A huge variety on the gluten free menu, and no danger of the plates being mixed up (a very cute gluten free flag was presented in each plate)!

The food was amazing! The staff were very attentive and friendly! Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We recently visited Côte Brasserie in York and, as always, the food and service was impeccable. Just when I thought my experience of this chain of restaurants couldn’t get any better they went and proved me wrong!

After leaving a bag of shopping behind only to notice once I arrived home (a large number of miles away) I immediately called the restaurant.

They had found my shopping and were even happy to post it back to me. It arrived the next postal day.

I really can’t thank you all enough at the York restaurant. I’m sure I’ll be back again to thank you in person next time I visit York but until then, thank you via Facebook.

We had lunch yesterday in York, and are frequent diners at the Côte Brasserie in Harrogate. As always, the food was delicious and the service friendly and courteous. What made our visit so pleasant was witnessing how the manager, Marlene, dealt with an extremely awkward customer who was clearly on a mission to complain about everything about her meal despite having licked the plate clean for each of her 3 courses. I hope somebody at head office recognises what a fantastic member of staff they have in Marlene - she deserves a pat on the back for remaining so calm and polite despite the nonsense that the customer (who was sat next to us) was complaining about!

User

Very quick and attentive service. Food beautifully prepared and presented like a genuine French brasserie.

User

They have a real French waiter! Made my birthday very special- Their food is delish too x

User

The restaurant kindly found us a table without a booking on a very busy night. The set menus food was delicious and brought out very quickly. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

User

One of the nicest French restaurants have been in. The food was fantastic, the staff were superb and the ambience great. Will definitely go back when we return to York for a short break.

User

One of our party was Coeliac which always presents us with a challenge. But the staff at York were absolutely spot on in their service, they had clearly been trained well and the manager on duty took personal control of this guest’s order. I can’t tell you how much difference this makes to dining out - and Cote have got this absolutely right in York. We can eat without worry. Plus the good was scrumptious!!! Thank you!

User

I highly recommend Cote Brassiere! I'd never been to one before and I was really impressed! Went to the one in York and the manager came and took my order as I got told that they take catering for coeliacs 'very seriously'. I had a fantastic meal, crab mayonnaise served with toasted gluten free bread for starter, fish pie for my main and creme brûlée for my dessert. Lots of gluten free options on their menu and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable!

User

User

Delicious food, fabulous atmosphere and first class service. We made the best choice coming here for New Year's Eve.

User

Brilliant staff... brilliant food. What more can I say? Classic french cuisine which made a lovely change from all the trendy restaurants that often disappoint when they fail to live up to expectations. Excellent value for money too!

User

Always love going to Côte food is great and the service is fantastic, our daughter had a great Birthday dinner.

User

Absolutely great food. Valentine's menu on Feb 15th, but simply gorgeous (Duck, was simply amazing). Great staff, what wasn't to like. Highly recommended.

User

Very nice French restaurant.

Good food, good wine, good service, although a bit slow as everything was cooked fresh. Nice and clean not a bad choice on the menu.

Not sure if they cater for children I certainly didn't see any children whilst I was in there.

User

Food was delicious and the desserts superb. Great friendly service.
