I'd give no stars if possible. Where to start... Ill advised on truck size making the whole process take 2 hrs longer. Got dirt all over my cream sofa. Box fell off lorry and damaged my motorbike. They were all apologetic until I paid. I called to raise the complaint officially and the woman on the phone was not just an incompetent liar but vile and threatening. They denied everything and then said they 'know where i live' if I take it further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Useless service and vile staff!! They couldn't even get my sofa in. I had to do it!!! SHOCKING!

The response they have given is hilarious! Don't be fooled by their responses! And what 'evidence' can I produce that a parcel fell off and hit my bike. Apart from the fact my bike was stood up quite happily all day and then as u suggested 'bikes do just fall over'! My items are still damaged. Ur company will still pay. Thanks for admitting the dropped parcel for my claim. :-)

And as for saying they did a 'wonderful job's... LMAO!!!

We use D&M on a regular basis for removal and other services, and the team are absolutely excellent. Knowledgeable, careful and reliable, I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone.

This is the only company I will use for large or small removals. They are polite, flexible, accommodating, reliable, efficient and good value for money.
