I had a part missing on my bike and the guy here spent 2 months doing his best to get it! He went over and above what was expected to fix my bike

Always a pleasure taking my bike in for parts or a service. Including wheels. Small biker run shop. You can't go wrong!

Told me that my bike would be ready for Tuesday, ring him up on the Tuesday it's not been done and he has a really bad attitude i.e. Do you want to just come and collect ur bike etc etc. Not a good experience tbh.

Great shop - I took my bike in for a new tyre and they also checked and adjusted everything - its like a new bike now!

Local friendly bike shop......like stepping back in time with the friendly honest attitude to customer service...breath of fresh air.

I feel compelled to write this because I am over the moon with the service i have just received. From me first phoning D and M Cycles to paying the bill(which for the parts and labour was very reasonable and i can see there was more done and not charged for) it has been a pleasure top marks, cheers
