I have been training for just over 8 weeks now, and the results are already exactly what I wanted and described in the initial consultation. Paul tailors everything from your diet to each exercise and intensity to ensure you reach your goals. His attitude to fitness and discipline are infectious, you feel more focused, and before you know it- achieve the results you're after. Great personal training sessions for couples too!

I would highly recommend using Paul as your PT. My partner and I shared our training sessions with Paul, which is great value, and he was able to push is both to gain our individual goals.
Paul has the ideal set up to give you that personal session and pushed to the max. After each session you know you've had a great work out.

I never thought I was brave enough to start going to a PT but I took the leap and I can honestly say I have never looked back! Turns out I didn’t need to be brave at all, I have never felt judge by Paul, he pushes me without me even realising it most of the time. I even miss my session when I can’t go and I didn’t know that was even possible! Can’t recommend this place enough ��
I have been going to Paul's sessions for nearly a year now and I absolutely love it! If I am unable to go to a session I hate missing it. Paul is such a good trainer and I always come away from a class feeling like I've worked really hard and am getting stronger each week. Would recommend the D4 studio to everyone!
I had a PT with Mike last week, if you are debating booking in I recommend you do so. I had a varied, extensive workout and I was defiantly feeling the effects for days after! With the layout of the gym along with Mikes PT teaching style you will truelly get a personal tailored sessio. Thanks Mike ��
I can’t recommend this place enough!
Highly recommend D4 Fitness and Matt as a personal trainer. I have a back problem and in long term recover from several leg operations and Matt fully understands how to tailor the training to avoid pain but still put together a really good workout.
Had a stretching session tonight with Paul for the first time, I'm going be honest I've never felt pain like it but it was worth it as I feel brand new now!.
If your tight and need a good stretch make sure you give Paul a shout.

Great brand new studio and fab staff..Pauls approachable knows the art of personal training inside and out totally transformed my body in record time.. with more thAnd a few laughs on the way... combined with diet I lost 10 inches alone off my hips! Never been so in shape and fit in my life!

D4 studio is great if you want a personal touch to your sessions with a "at home personal gym" feeling Paul, Matt and Craig are by far the best pt's iv met with all of them making sure the sessions fit to your needs, they all can provide great advice on great nutrition to meet your needs, and they always ensure that any questions no matter how silly they may seem are answered, billie- jo is amazing after a good work out, she has great knowledge and advice on any lasting injuries or new injuries you may occur during your sessions. I would highly recommend D4 fitness.
D4 is fantastic! I go twice a week for PT and bootcamp on Sundays and it's incredible how rewarding it is. Paul motivates and pushes you beyond what you believe your capabilities are, which is exactly what I want in a PT. Every session is different and unpredictable which keeps it exciting and challenging! đź‘Ť
