Hello!! Week 4 of Lockdown and a new school term! Hope homeschooling is going ok so far?
So this Saturday 25th April on our Cook Along Live at 10am we will be making Lemon and Blueberry Muffins! Something sweet and bursting with fruity flavour!
Here are the ingredients and equipment you will need.
... If you struggle with sourcing Self Raising Flour you can make your own by adding 1/2 tsp Baking Powder for every 150g Plain Flour.
Blueberries can be replaced with any other berry too
Remember to share amongst your friends and family, it really is such a lovely thing knowing families, grown ups and children are all cooking along with us!

Wow! All these sausage rolls made today look so fantastic! Thank you all for joining us and sending in your pictures... grown ups, children, families all joined in and that's what its all about. I had people from Australia, Ireland and the Philppines all joining in too - I had 824 people watching.. how amazing! .... Don't forget to send me your ideas for next Saturday!

Sausage Rolls

Here are the ingredients for you to get prepped, weighed and ready.
For vegetarian alternatives the ingredients are:
225g Grated Cheddar Cheese 1 small onion chopped 1 handful breadcrumbs 1 tbs fresh chopped herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage etc) 1 tsp Wholegrain mustard (optional)

This weeks online cooking classes have been so great! Lots of children creating delicious things... parents have been helping too which is great to see. I do love a family get together in the kitchen. From Lemon drizzle cake to Easter cookie bars to Easter bunny bread rolls. The smiles and fun on their faces during this time is so precious... xx

What a fun week teaching lots of children to cook Easter goodies all in the comfort of their own homes! I have had so much great feedback from everyone which has been so lovely .. the messages from parents and friends and photos from children’s delights they have made - it’s so nice to see everyone able to have fun with their families during all of this..

Wow wow wow! Thank you to EVERYONE who joined me this morning - it was so good to have you all online cooking along with us! Whether it’s siblings together, families together, by yourself - I just love the fact we are all baking together with our children and having fun during all of this.
