Dalit Solidarity Network UK campaigns against the atrocities, humiliation and poverty that over 260 million Dalits suffer worldwide due to caste discrimination.

Dalits are an oppressed people considered 'untouchable' by the caste system. 250, 000 Dalits live in the UK & face prejudice daily. We want to change this.

DSN-UK actively works to outlaw caste discrimination - something faced daily by many UK Dalits. We aim to bring equality to the divided South Asian community by raising awareness in society and campaigning government.

DSN-UK is part of the International Dalit Solidarity Network (IDSN) based in Denmark . We work closely with organisations in Asia such as the National Campaign for Dalit Human Rights as well as other national Dalit Solidarity Networks in Europe.
