I started my career as a bass player and tutor at The Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford before leaving to set up The Brighton Institute of Modern Music (BIMM) in Brighton with some friends. I was lucky to work with so many amazing musicians and industry peeps. BIMM evolved from one college in Brighton to Manchester, Bristol, Dublin, London and Berlin.

Presented The Damo and Ace radio show with Ace from Skunk Anansie where we promoted and helped unsigned bands.

After selling BIMM, I started DK Music Management (www. dkmanagement. co. uk), a management company that builds Commercial bands across the country providing work for over 200 musicians week in week out.
