Thirteen years ago today, I married my wonderful husband, on a gloriously sunny day! Since then, life hasn’t always been perfect, and its often all too easy to look at our spouses and focus on their imperfections. Marriage is often hard work and requires attention and nurturing in the same way as any relationship does. But I can honestly say that I know how lucky I am to have such a loving, supportive, kind, fun and affectionate person in my life, and even luckier that he’s... my husband. #myshoplife2018 Day 4 #bags There’s a bit of a story behind our bags... we used to have quite high gloss luxury paper bags that were a strong colour purple. Then after a flood in 2016, we had a refurb and decided to change our branding to make it more modern and sleek. We still had lots of purple bags wanted to use them up before getting new ones. Being us, we procrastinated over what what we wanted our new bags to look like, and then ran out of time! As a quick fix to tie ...us over, we ordered a stamp from @englishstamp and basic white paper bags which we printed in a copper colour ink. This has now been going on for nearly 2 years 😂 But actually, seeing how many other stores are also doing this (via #myshoplife) makes me feel much better! I think we are still thinking about some sort of reusable bag but haven’t quite worked out what yet. Oz and I disagree on what we like which is probably half the problem! Hello sunshine☀️ The one positive thing I can say about the weather so far is that it has made us all EXTREMELY appreciative of the teeniest tiniest bit of sun! So today feels positively tropical 🌴 We know it’s (obviously!) not going to last but we’re going to enjoy every moment of it! And in that vein, I’ve been desperate to wear this @despetitshauts jumpsuit since it arrived, and have only managed it once.
