Hi my name is Dan Savin and I am an Exercise and Nutrition Consultant based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. I have created this page in order to promote my services as a Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Coach - my goal being to help educate and motivate individuals from all walks of life, to start making better lifestyle choices in order to be healthier, look better and perform to their maximum potential!

Having studied Sports Science at University, graduating with a 1st class honours degree, my passion for exercise and nutrition was propelled further, inspiring me to complete a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, for which I achieved a distinction. As a result, I am now recognised as a qualifies Sports Nutritionist and a graduate on the Sport and Exercise Nutrition register (SENr), in addition to being an associate member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA). This means that by working with me, you can be assured that you are receiving the 'gold standard' of professional nutrition services and implementing strategies driven and informed by science, giving you a great chance of gaining the results you desire.

In addition to nutrition, I can also help you achieve your exercise goals, providing Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning services. In addition to my Sports Science degree, I am a qualified Fitness Instructor and Strength and Conditioning Coach and a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). Exercise is not limited to the gym, therefore if your preferences are to exercise outside, at home or in the office, this can be catered for and will be utilised depending on your goals.
