Dancership Description
DancersHip is there for anyone who wants a drink and a dance, some honey kissed grooves and a great 'no aggro' atmosphere and a proper pelvic workout. Feel good house as it should be!
The evening is non pretentious and a bit of fun for all to enjoy as the weekend reaches its zenith!
We're trying to make the music accessible to as many as possible with the night's sounds ranging from disco funk through soluful house to nu indie disco (and a bit of funky tech house when we can get away with it! )

Made it through the week and what a mahooosive bank holiday weekend is in store!
Start the celebrations in mighty fine style on Friday with the return of VISTA Plymouth and their end of month soiree VISTA w/ Kelvin Andrews & Balearic Mike. Last month's outing was an absolute belter with tomorrow's line up just as tasty with Kelvin Andrews & Balearic Mike and their riotous 'down to the sea and back' alongside local hero and seasoned dance floor campaigner Phil Banks. Doors ope...n at 7pm, £7.00 on the door or advance tickets for less on the event page.
Saturday, catch you breath quickly and get ready for more drink and dancing as the Terrace Cafe and Bar host legend Franz Macfarlane and the much loved Souled Out Plymouth for all things soul, funk, R&B and timeless classic. £5.oo entry all night till midnight.
Finish it all off with the Godfather of UK Garage and House at The Terrace Cafe and Bar with DancersHip, live percussion from King Konga, Hï Ibiza resident Aldo Vanucci and DH rezzies Andy Bacon, James Farley, The Nut Thief and ol' Flambé. Musical mischief kicks off 1pm with ocean view boogaloo from white isle lover Steve Power. £10 on the door, advance tickets available from event page.

DancersHip are locked and loaded once more as Manchester's finest house producers Studioheist visit Plymouth's finest waterside location to let rip Saturday 18th August.
After an absolute whopper of a party last Friday, we are definitely in the mood for more of the same!
Tunes start 3pm with balearic chill and ocean view boogaloo from Steve Power and your faithful DH rezzies Flambé & The Nut Thief into dusk before we let loose our special guests for the evening, Studioheist!
Due to rain slightly delayed start time of 12.30 today warming things up for an outstanding day of tunes at the Terrace, Pete Tong and the Heritage Orchestra on the Hoe, then the mother of all after parties with Jon Pleased Wimmin.
