ITS FINAL SHOW DAY!!!!
We are so proud of everyone that has stepped on that stage from the smallest Tiny Tot to our Adult Tappers you are all incredible and we hope your have enjoyed being part of our show.
A few notes for today (sorry)
... PARKING: The town centre will be CLOSED OFF TODAY. Please allow extra time to get to the Theatre and to park.
SNACKS: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NO FRUIT OR FRUIT FLAVOURED SNACKS, SWEETS OR DRINKS BACKSTAGE (They will be removed)
WATER: please ensure your child has their named water bottle
COSTUMES: Children can take their costumes home today (except for the ones on loan which need to be returned to Tiffany at the sewing table)
PHOTOS: if you are wanting your child to have a photo taken please complete slip and put in envelope with £10.00 fee per photo. Cheques to be made to Charlotte Ball These are to go in with your children.
Act 2 : please do not come in until you have been let in by a Chaperone.

I hope you have all managed to have a restful day ready for Show 2 this evening. Please remember to bring named water bottles and anything else you may have taken home.

PHOTOS: Anyone wanting their child to have a photo taken in their costume by Lottie please make sure that the completed form and money are sent in with your child in a sealed envelope with your child’s name on the front. These will go in their boxes and the chaperones will take them to get their photos done. Any cheques needs to be made out to Charlotte Ball ( not Lottie) please Any extra photos with siblings together will be an additional £10.00

PANTS, please can you ensure your child has normal plain briefs on that will not show under a leotard ie no boxer style pants
All second act children need BLACK DAPS/ TRAINERS if they are in Popworks or Hip Hop and or Jazz shoes if also in In the Spotlight
... SNACKS: we are providing all snacks this evening. If you are worried that your child may be picky and want to provide something please make sure it is a clean non messy snack and is not blackcurrent or berry flavoured. ( NO BERRY FRUIT) ANY ALLERGY RISKS WILL UNFORTUNATELY BE REMOVED
WATER IS ESSENTIAL
PARKING : St Catherine’s car park is not open to Parents, Chaperones or Danceworks staff please do not park there as you may incur a ticket. THE MEMORIAL THEATRE CAR PARK IS ONLY FOR CREW, STAFF AND DISABLED PARKING.
PHOTOS: NO ONE should be taking photos backstage unless it is of your own child ONLY! Or by the photographer.
I honestly cannot thank you enough in advance for your co operation. We want to make it a fabulous enjoyable experience for your child/ children especially when they have worked so hard.

Huge thank you to everyone this evening and a massive well done to all the children... they are going to be FANTASTIC!
Please accept my apologies for running over tonight as I am sure you can appreciate dress rehearsals can be unpredictable.I have posted a picture below of the schedule as I believe there was some confusion this evening on collection times for Act 2. We did not start Act 2 until 8pm as noted on schedule so we could not let anyone go any earlier. If you are un...sure of any times over the next couple of days please do not hesitate to contact me.
FOOD..... I cannot express how important it is not to bring any berries, or fruit flavoured drinks backstage due to a SEVERE ALLERGY.
WATER... every child needs to bring a named water bottle.
The memorial Theatre car park is not in use this year except for crew therefore please allow sufficient time to park and also inform friends and family who are watching.
Please ensure the Zebra crossing is used just up from the Theatre.
Please make sure you child has the correct shoes and socks. Ballet socks are available to buy at £2.50 at the Theatre. We were also missing some black daps this evening
All costumes are to stay at the Theatre until the end on Sunday. Please do not take them home until then.
I want to wish everyone All the best for tomorrow, how proud we are of you already and I hope you can see that it’s all worth it just to see their wonderful smiles and dancing on stage. 🥰

There will be a Rugby event on at the club tomorrow therefore please allow extra time to get to the studio and park or drop off to enable classes to run on time especially so close to the show.
The car park will have very limited spaces available.
