Dancing Warriors Description

Having practiced yoga for over 20 years, Gail Stephens is an accredited Hatha and Yin Yoga teacher. She teaches minded yoga, flowing hatha yoga, yin and yoga nidra, working with small groups and one to one as well as offering personalised mind and body coaching.

Dancing Warriors yoga classes are held at the following times and locations:

MONDAY:
11: 15 - 12: 45 at the Power of Yoga Studio

TUESDAY:
09: 45 - 11: 15 at the Dancing Warriors Studio (Nether Edge)
18. 30 - 20. 00 Yin yoga at the Dancing Warriors Studio (Nether Edge)

WEDNESDAY:
17: 30 - 19: 00 at the Stillpoint Practice
19: 30 - 21: 00 at the Stillpoint Practice

THURSDAY:
07: 30 - 09: 00 at the Stillpoint Practice

One-to-one sessions with Gail can be arranged at mutually convenient times throughout the week.
