D'Angelo Dance Academy will be in St. Stephen's shopping centre in Hull today from 11:00-16:00. Dancers from Junior level through to Senior will show what talent they got! Make sure to come and say 'Hi'. You will be able ask us any questions about lessons or classes!

what a fantastic school all teachers give 100% effort to All Children very friendly all children get on like family the knowledge of the teachers is out of this world and this is showing in the children's competition results and the children who have only been dancing for a matter of weeks so pleased my daughter dances at a wards keep up the fantastic work

What a great rehearsal space - 2 excellent studios with more to follow. Really looking forward to rehearsing my 2nd cast for Skysea's Golden Era - Shanghai. This will be the first time I shall rehearse my casts and I look forward to holding all my rehearsals here. Thank you Alan for accommodating my times and dates fully without restrictions.

My new wife and I went to A Ward dance acadamy to learn a first dance for our wedding. What a fantastic place. The dance teachers are the best. They choreograghed the most amazing dance for us. We thoroughly enjoyed all our sessions. We will be returning for more lessons in more styles. Thanks again for your patients

Looks fabulous in a wheel chair at the moment or on crutches until next op , but you never know I might be hitting te light fantastic and give it a whirl this time next week !

I use the studio for personal practice and the people who run this are amazing. They are on time, friendly and welcoming. I will continue to use this space and recommend others

Amazing class, the time flew by, the instructors are incredibly helpful and patient, other people were welcoming, loved the coffee break and definitely going again!

THIS WAS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW 5* now I'd say more a 3*(My daughter Skie started 4weeks ago and she is only 3 but totally loves it x she is always joining in and the teacher's are great with her they are patient and really help motivate and bring her out of her shell x thanks all) UP DATED REVIEW my daughter niece and son attended A.ward for around 1 year and in that time I paid for private lessons for my daughter. I asked about getting the tracksuits with names and studio name on and was told when enough people had asked they would let me no n put an order in. I found after the first few months I was just not getting any were I asked about competitions was never told of anything skie could try for it felt like unless I'd been friends with the teachers or owners my daughter son n niece dint matter and we're just taken in a back room with doors closed with mature students teaching them.. they never did little dance shows for parents in the year I was there my daughter got so board and really wanted to be in the large room but never got the chance.

The last straw for me was when Sarah the main teachers friend came with her little girl who was the same age as skie and in the first couple of months had the studios tracksuit and was moved into the large room with the mature students ... My recommendation is if ur not willing to spend a lot of money on private lessons or if u don't no the teacher's personally then this is not the place for you .

Room freezing as heaters do not work and told they won't be fixed. Room got massive wet patch on wall and floor filthy. Owners and other dancers in main room doing a different class make rude and derogatory remarks towards us. Will not be returning. Vile people

I have been going too a fantastic burlesque class held at a.ward since before Christmas, this class has given me confidence and self esteem I never thought I'd ever have...



HOWEVER the treatment myself, the girls and our instructor have received by another class and the STUDIO OWNER is absolutely dispicable. Not only have we been eyeballed and tutted at on several occasions by another class as we have entered and exited the room that is rented by our instructor, but we have also received verbal insults and had the owner walk in on a class asking if we where done yet...(our class was late starting bevause they failed too open the studio on time).



Dance of any genre is an art, burlesque is an incredible hard, beautiful and freeing form of self expression, and I know speaking for myself and the rest who attend it has taken alot too have the confidence too be there. The treatment we have received is unprofessional and vile.
