I'm a trauma survivor throwing a lifeline out there hoping to reach as many hearts as possible and bring hope and strength to whoever needs it.

I want to let people know that nothing is insurmountable, there is always a way.

Very few people get close to know, never mind understand what really goes on with me. . . in me. I am not even sure I really know; as I question myself all of the time.
On the outside people see me as lucky, they tell me "you are so lucky! You have a lovely family, a loving husband, two successful children and a lovely home, you are beautiful, you are thin, you are such a nice person, you have it good. ". They are absolutely right, I do, but it is not luck. They say it as if I have inherited this great life, not a thought or acceptance seems to run within their minds of the twisted and arduous path I have walked and lessons I have learned to make it manifest. Not a single thought, of the work, the maintenance, the questioning and re-questioning, the practicing of gratefulness and positive manifestation techniques I have done, and still do, every day to live the life I live and be this person I love.
