OMG I cant believe 1 how rude they are on the phone and 2 booked an appointment 2 weeks ago - agreed to pay a £35 call out / travel charge for them to come to Cirencester from Dursley . On the agreed morning it came to 11 and no-one had come so I called and they said its too far to come and they wont be attending - but had not left a message to inform me of this and had the night before tried to call (no message left) we were actually away but in any case after waiting the 2 weeks for the slot a total no show without being told has wasted a whole morning waiting in for them. They said things like the lady who answers the calls isn't an engineer and she doesn't know about bookings - why is she answering the phones then ?? And you should really choose someone closer to your home for this repair .. All rudely put and without apology.
Shocking I would think twice before using this company as they will just mess you around , now I have to start all over again really annoyed about this.
