Darenth Long Lake Description
Long Lake has the largest knot of catfish in S. E. England ~ with a couple pushing over the magic 100lb and the largest so far being 109lb.
If your coming to have a go catfishing Adequate Tackle must be used! Big net, Big sling, scales and a large unhooking mat (cradles wont do) And No Braid to be used as mainline 25lb minimum mainline for catfishing, And only live baits caught from long lake to be used ~ strictly no imports.
We also cater for the avid carper ~ stocked with a variety of 100 carp up to the mid 30's . We have two resident bailiffs on site, 7 days a week to help with any enquiries etc.
Have respect for the lake and your fellow anglers and take your litter home with you. Anyone found littering will be banned from the complex.
No loud music
No fires
No dogs
No litter
No Mainline Braid (okay for use with marker and spod rods)
No particles (sweetcorn and pellets are okay)
Children must be supervised at all times
Minimum requirements ~~ Forceps, gloves, scales, decent sling
Landing net must be 42inch for the carp and over 55inchs (if targeting cats)
Cradles for carp only. And a big Unhooking mat must be used if your catfishing! OR NO FISHING ! !
Our Fish Safety is No 1 Anyone Breaking any of the rules will be asked to leave the complex!

Just walked round two blokes on for overnight they had 12 fish on one rod including the big common 35lb pics to follow soon as he sends them il pop them up on the page I thinks there awake big time x
