Was beautiful, the annexe was lovely. Prosecco outside until the sun went down and Darling Buds DVDs until bedtime. Absolutely perfick short getaway and a lovely rest from family life. Breakfast was lovely too. Will be returning!

We had an amazing weekend away here. We stayed in Florence for our first family holiday. Idilic way to spend a weekend. It Was so nice to wake up to the sound of cockeralls (not too early either!) The farm information you are given in your room, is full of places to go around the area. We travelled out about 40 mins to Howletts animal park. Which, was also brilliant.

The family running the farm are so friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay better.

We would 110% recommend to anyone!! We will definately be staying again!

We had a lovely relaxing two days stay at the Edith with beautiful , breathtaking scenery. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to see the farm where they filmed the show! Special thanks to Nikki for all the information about the farm and the recent visit by Sir David Jason and all the cast.

We had a lovely few days here at the end of October & would thoroughly recommend it. The farm was the location for the TV series 'The Darling Buds of May' & is still instantly recognisable the moment you drive in. The farm has been tastefully modernised & refurbished while still retaining the original charm & character of the property. We stayed in Reverend Candy annex which was self catering & had everything needed. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly & attentive without being intrusive. A big bonus is great wifi coverage. The farm is perfectly located for exploring the Kent countryside. Also only a short drive to Ashford Intl station & Ashford designer outlet. Highly recommended

This was our first visit to darling buds farm and we were not disappointed. There was plenty to see and do. Over 1000 classic cars on display and other stalls.

It was a very well organised event.

Stayed here for a weekend before Christmas for my partners birthday. The managers decked out the cart lodge with happy birthday banners and balloons and even made a cake!

we stayed with our son's aged 6 and 3 and had such a lovely time. For the first time in a long time we had " family time" so special.

We shall return!

Spent 3 days on Simon Coulson's Internet Business training course in May 2018. Great course in lovely surroundings. Nicky and Roger are lovely hosts. I stayed in the shepherd hut - very cosy. Went to The Mumbai Gate restaurant in the evenings. Excellent food with great company. Overall a brilliant 3 days! Enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend the venue and course.

Perfick! The only way to describe this beautifully restored farm . With the added connection to the Buds of May ( we stayed in Pops room ) , fast moving DUCKS ( ha ha April , kept you fit ), we were enchanted by the nest of song thrushes , amused by the Collies bossing the spaniel, perfect weather and of course the company . Thank you so much April for finding this lovely corner of Kent . Perfect .

My Husband and I have been looking forward to this weekend getaway ever since we seen it mentioned in “David Jason, My life on screen”

As soon as we got there we were welcomed and shown around so we could make the most out of the short stay.

We were delighted in finding out it is still the characteristic farm from t.v with livestock, family, dogs and brilliant morning fry ups.

There is so much to do in the local area as well as the pubs and of course visiting pop Larkins local “the Black horse”.

We will definitely be visiting again!

10/10 “Perfick”

Just got back from a great nights stay in the farm house at Darling Buds Farm. It is set in such a beautiful place so peaceful and tranquil. The farm was everything i hoped it would be and brought back so many wonderful memeroies of watching The Darling Buds of May on T.V with my dad when i was younger. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The whole stay from start to finish in the words of Pop Larkin was Perfick. I will definitely be returning next year and will recommend to all Family and Friends.

Excellent farm in Ashford with a great story behind it. Great to meet Simon, Roger, Nici, Jess and the rest of the team.

User

Beautiful setting excellent customer service well worth a visit. Breakfast superb!!

Only things that could of enhanced our stay was another coffee sachet in caddy as only one and 2 teabags but plenty of sugar.. and milk of course in fridge. And maybe a soap holder in the shower. Small things only but wanted to give honest feed back

User

Amazing!!! We attended Darling Buds Farm 1st ever wedding yesterday and had an absolutely fabulous day. The venue is idyllic! So pretty & extremely well kept. The prosecco & raspberry vodka was to die for! The staff were so friendly & very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They had to work so hard as it was the hottest day of the year but they kept on smiling. Our meal was truly beautiful, such detail went into the presentation, it was so delicious, especially the puddings! The perfect venue for a wedding or special celebration. We will definitely be back. Well done, your hard work didn't go unnoticed & certainly paid off! Thank you x

User

User

Was here yesterday for the car show , was very disappointed that the farm and house was closed off to visitors .. would have enjoyed a look around the house .

User

Went there yesterday to have a look around before we booked stay as we sat in car park a man came up and tapped on the window to ask what my wife were doing when we explained to him we were told we could not look around as it’s for guests only we are a retired couple and we were asked by my daughter to have a look before she booked here wedding there well after the reception of the most rude worker I certainly won’t be paying for her there so have booked the ship in Chatham historic yard your loss not mine
