Whose plans this weekend include a summer BBQ?

The Countess of Devon presented a specially commissioned gift of Dartington Crystal to Sir Tom Jones when the singer visited Powderham Castle in July as part of his UK tour.
The crystal decanter and tumbler set were hand engraved with images depicting Powderham Castle, as a special memento of his visit to Devon.

What a lovely company, we can't thank you enough. We bought a beautiful vase for my parents 60th wedding anniversary two months ago, since then we haven't had much luck as a family ...and then my dear Mum broke the vase. She phoned your company to order a replacement and explained what had happened. The kind lady at the other end of the phone listened patiently and offered to send out a replacement free of charge. It was a wonderful gesture and at a time where things feel pretty difficult it meant a lot...thank you so much. The vase arrived yesterday and looks beautiful back on display!

We recently visited with my 2 year old daughter. We had a glass handprint done and we are over the moon with how it has come out. It's an amazing place to go to and to see the products being produced is brilliant. We will definitely visit you again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our few hours at Dartington, The glass blowing was fascinating to watch and staff were very helpful and answered any questions. My son did a hand casting which he really enjoyed. Can highly recommend!

I got a photo of a lost pet inserted into a glass block as a gift and I was honestly blown away by how amazing it was.



It was absolutely perfect.

I brought my vases for my wedding here. They are nicely made and look fantastic. Staff were helpful and plenty to choose from.

I always think you can tell a lot about a company when something goes wrong and I’m really pleased with how my issue was handled. A very quick reply, a sincere apology, a replacement made same day and dispatched for next day delivery. Can’t really ask for more. Thank you to Callum for sorting it out, the replacement is perfect.

Great place to visit. Interesting and the kids enjoyed the glass painting.

Great place to visit and pick up some quality bargains. There is a tour too so you can see how things are made. We picked up some glasses for ourselves and some as presents and an anniversary bowl which was fitting as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary!

Ordered a decanter on line. So disappointed! Spent 130 pound and expected something special, What arrived was far from that and rather insignificant. Unfortunately my fault I ordered engraving... lesson learnt never to do that again.
