Dartington Dairy was founded in 2015 when Jon and Lynne Perkin took on the tenancy of Old Parsonage Farm, based on the Dartington Estate, and established their founding herd of dairy goats. In 2016 the initial Dartington Dairy products were launched including fresh goats milk, yoghurt and a range of ice-cream flavours, such as the top selling "Gin, Elderflower & Honeycomb"​. Everything is made on the farm. From the spring of 2017 a newly designed and packaged product line will be available for direct sale to customers and wholesale to restaurants, shops, cafes, delis and other outlets.
