Purchased a lovely set of Power 9five Gen 4 22g arrows from Darts Corner today. Excellent friendly service with great non biased knowledge. Never felt pressured and ended up leaving a happy chat. Only issue (and only a small one) is I haven’t hit a 180 with them as yet!

I’ve used darts corner now for quite a few orders, some big, some small, all of which have arrived very promptly and I have been very happy with all products bought. Really like the touch of being able to add a little silly free gift too, I have a lovely dart board air freshener in my van now haha. I had a small issue with a set of darts I bought that was not there fault at all yet went above and beyond to sort the issue! You can’t ask for better really. I would recommend this company and I will certainly continue to use them in the future.

Hello, I wanted to ask everyone and ask if they would help me with the Unicorn Stretch 74mm stainless steel 18g arrows. If someone has someone with them and they have the option to buy them from someone, I'll be grateful for the answer. I have such a great interest in them that I am willing to pay a lot of financial cash for them. Please share and help with the search for arrows that ceased production in 2014. Order somethings from the website pay 1st class delivery stuff didn't come when i rang up said check with my local post office did that no help from darts coner and said if not here by Wednesday they will look in to it

Why pay first class when you don't receive it on time

Terrible company. I have used them for possibly up to 10 orders. 2 of the last 3 orders were incorrect. Ordered point replacement. I got 2 30mm storm points and 1 26mm storm point. Contacted the customer service. I was informed that I should send them back and they will fix the problem and send on some merchandise as compensation. I could not wait and asked them to send out the correct points and I would repoint them myself. One week later the points arrive. No additional merchandise. I wasn't even refunded the price of the repointing service. I will not be using them again. I'm sick of their fuck ups. They have lost a loyal customer in me.

Ordered Saturday and still not arrived yet . Called today and I was told it was royal mails fault , yet when I called I was told by a gentleman that even if I paid for 1st class it would still take 3-4 days which makes no sense to pay for it does it!? Service very poor and will find someone else to get things from.

Order was placed on a Saturday for some personalised flights for a friend and asked for a confirmation email of the design on the dart flight. Didnt receive a reply on the Monday so i rang them on the Tuesday where i was told it would take 4-5 days for a email!!!!! forget the dart flights in this day and age thats shocking.i could walk down to Bolton picked them up time its taken to get a EMAIL.very poor darts corner,very poor

My order was incomplete. They were not helpful in solving the problem. You can rate the missing item, which has not happened. I never order more from here.

I placed two orders with Darts corner none of them got delivered. When I asked for refund they never bothered to reply. What I am supposed to do I have paid almost 100 pounds and my problem is not getting addressed.

Been using darts corner for a number of years without issue. Until my last order.



I order some personalised points. Why so they'll are personalised with text.



What do I receive points with text on it.



Insert points into darts can't read text.



Reason being they print 2nd words when they are fit for only printing one word really.



Contact them to resolve and Gary wants to resolve this issue with sending me some plain points.



It's my darts fault you can't read the text. I understand darts vary, but treat a loyal customer with a customer solution. This is a few quid item. I paid £6 quid for these points and they are not fit for purpose and described.



I'll be in touch with trading standards as this solution is not good enough. A warning should be given after order placement, before engraving commences.



Not to difficult and automated email, job done.



Lost a loyal customer for life. Clearly this business doesn't need customers.



It would rather ignore it's customers and treat them poorly.

Absolutely shocking service. Paid £8.95 as needed the darts the next day yet apparently a mistake in the warehouse caused a delay. Absolute joke. You should get some advice from Red Dragon on customer service!!
