Upper back pain is most commonly caused by muscle irritation or tension, also called myofascial pain. The cause may be poor posture or any type of irritation of the large back and shoulder muscles. My father is suffering from sciatica and prolapse disc. He has been in alot of pain lately and brother Darul Sufi said because of prolapse disc pain won't go away permanently. Will ease but only temp basis. Brother was being very polite and honest. After his dry cupping session My father slept last night very well after a very long time Alhumdhulillah he can move too an extent where as before he couldn't. Thank you brother.
