John Glavan from Building Conservation Associates visiting our factory to inspect the replacement terracotta blocks we have made for the restoration of the wonderful Victoria Theatre in New York. Everything is now signed off for shipment and we look forward to seeing the facade brought back to its former glory!
John Fidler of John Fidler Preservation Technology and Mike Courtney of Giampolini came to visit to view the very ornate, large terracotta window we have produced for the First Congregational Church of Long Beach Church, California.
John and Mike were thrilled at the quality of our terracotta and the skills of our craftspeople.

Hand-Held to Super Scale Exhibition, London
Another absolutely fantastic night of informative discussion on today's use of building with ceramics. It was great to hear these presentations about some recent projects we've had the pleasure to be involved with!
Lex Harrison, Materials Specialist at ARUP began the night speaking about the projects: Leicester Square Hotel, A House for Essex, London Wall and One Eagle Place.... - Followed by Mark Walden, Head of Design at Szerelmey speaking about One Eagle Place, Academy House and Rathbone Place. - Graham Longman of Make Architecture who recently oversaw the development of London's Rathbone Square then spoke through the project. - Subsequently, Paula Gonzales Martinez, Project Director gave an amazing speech on the development of Academy House, Oxford Street.
'Hand Held to Super Scale: Building with Ceramics' is a remarkable public exhibition at the Building Centre, London. Showing until 31st January 2020.

#FaienceFriday: The wallpaper inspired design we created for the redevelopment of an old wallpaper factory by Chassay & Last Architects
A truly brilliant evening last night with Grayson Perry and Charles Holland, as they discussed their highly creative collaboration A House for Essex for The Building Centreβs series of #HandHeldToSuperScale events. Talking through the inspiration, production process, story of Julie and of course the great use of handcrafted ceramics... it was inspiring, insightful and expectedly humorous! To date, this has been one of our proudest and most wacky projects to work on π π π¨
