Darwin Healthcare Communications Description

Darwin has been evolving and constantly moving with the times since being established as Darwin Medical Communications in an old video shop in Oxford in 1997.

Darwin went from strength to strength before being acquired by Grey Health Group (ghg; part of Grey Global Group) in 2003 to become Darwin Grey. ghg, one of the world’s top five healthcare communications agencies, brought a new level of depth and expertise to the solid scientific foundation of Darwin.

WPP Group began acquiring marketing services companies in the UK and US in 1986 after being repurposed from Wire and Plastic Products plc (a UK manufacturer of wire baskets). In 2005, one of these companies was Grey Group. Today, WPP is the world’s largest communications services group, employing 179, 000 people in 3000 offices across 111 countries.

Individually, Darwin, Grey and WPP all had humble beginnings, but the companies have evolved and grown to complement each other and form the most joined-up healthcare family with a wide range of talented specialists from all over the world.
We invite you to evolve with us.
