Staff were friendly and helpful. Spent a while talking through budget bikes for tge cycle to work scheme, didn't feel pressured to spend more than we wanted.

These guys fixed my full sus bike when others couldn't find the issue, did it at short notice at a very reasonable price.
Also had my little girls first bike from them, set up was spot on for her height and age, very helpful and friendly staff.

Popped in with my bike, purchased from Daves 2 years and 5k miles ago, on Saturday PM, to pick up a new free hub and tyre. They had the free hub in stock, and fitted it, and ("while the wheels off, do you want us to fit the tyre for you?") the rear tyre as well, while I waited.
The internet is a few quid cheaper, but you don't get any service at all, let alone service at this, from an online shop.
