Hi, I'm David.
I am a professional Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist based in Marlow Buckinghamshire.

Protein shakes made with water get to the muscle faster because the body doesn’t have to digest milk, so make it with water after a workout, but make it with milk before bed, as the proteins in milk are slow release, thus, aids repair as you sleep.

Mental preparation for training sessions is crucial. Give 100% to each workout. Look at the fittest people around you and notice how hard they work. That applies to your diet to. 💪🙌😊

So we enjoyed afternoon tea at Richoux in London on Saturday then visited a few bars afterwards. It’s good to cut loose from your diet now and again but now it’s time to pay the piper 🙈

David is a brilliant trainer, kind and very professional. I on the other hand am very naughty, fed up with being old and giving the poor chap plenty of back chat. However he hasmade me fitter and I am more confident, having had a stroke three years ago, which is why I decided to go to a trainer
