We only use the best products available here at Davids, such as Hook and line caught Haddock, Chicken Bites made with 100% Chicken Breast meat, our medium and large Burgers made with 100% Beef, and our Premium Sausages containing 70% Pork.

We also do GLUTEN FREE Fish and Chips.
They are available all day every day, we cook them in totally separate pans away from our normal range, as we do cook them to order, we ask if possible to telephone us in advance giving us 20-30 minutes notice, so it gives us the chance to warm up the pans, we would also like to point out that the Chips we serve for Gluten Free Fish and Chips will be frozen chips unlike our normal chips which are chipped and peeled by ourselves, this is because the chips we use are certified Gluten Free which reduces the risk of any cross contamination. We do sell many Gluten Free Fish and Chips per a week, so we are sure you will enjoy them, we also sell Gluten Free bottles of Vinegar should you be interested.

Please note no gluten-containing ingredients are used in these recipes, they are all marked as being GLUTEN FREE However, as gluten is an air-born allergen and it is used in other recipes in our kitchens, we cannot guarantee 100% against contamination. Please feel free to ask us if you would like to know the steps we have taken to minimise cross contamination regarding gluten in our kitchens.

We are also pleased to confirm, our staff have completed AND PASSED a course from COELIAC UK regarding safety and cross contamination issues in the kitchen.
