This was the best food i have ever tasted not only was it 10 out of 10 in there delicious food but they are exceptional clean the staff are very friendly and very polite i would highly recommend this Restaurant in everything and very reasonable in there prices give it a go its deffently worth it lovely night out.

Faizan floor in-charge looked after us very well and the food was really excellent well done to the dawat team

As a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to Indian restaurants, the Dawat in Southall rates very highly when it comes to taste and quality of service, in particular from Usman who served my wife and I.



This is a restaurant worth travelling to frequently.

Absolutly fantastic , i guess the only food place in southall so welcoming , specially the Floor Incharge at the door Faizan and the guy who served us Usman was 10/10 , when you go next i would recommend ask for them.

We had a party of 22 people last night in Dawat.

Food was good but small in portion.

They need to improve their services a lot.

Today was our first visit to this restaurant with my best friend and our little kids. The person at the door (possibly the owner or manager) was very eager to get us into his restaurant as we were walking down trying to decide which restaurant to eat in. He seemed nice and very welcoming and polite.

Restaurant was busy but only a few waiters which meant service was pretty slow. I asked the waiter for no spice at all in the daal as it was for the kids and he said ok. But when daal arrived it had some spice in it, but the same waiter then said this is how it comes and they can't do without spice which he should have told us when we ordered. This meant my daughter couldn't eat properly.

The most disappointing part was before we could even finish our food, the same guy who eagerly invited us in came to our table to rush us off and kept asking if we wanted our bill, we could see they had a queue of customers at the door. We found that very rude and disrespectful that we left very unhappily and definitely wouldn't go back there.

We attended at ifter in Ealing at double tree arranged by Dawat! I must say a worst experience from layout of food to the space and service! For that matter the price does not deserve, noting close to the advert showing on peace TV! Misleading, they should v simple say similar to Chinese Buffy.

Very spicy to the point of being unedible, spent over ┬Ż50 on food and still needed to cook as we couldn't eat it.

Not a nice flavour and far too much spice, even the sides were burnt I even asked for no spice as my children were eating it, would not recommend this restaurant

Very bad service and too much prices, breakfast no good lot better then this one is in Lahori Masalah Wembley doing good breakfast with reasonable prices.

Really bad service. Received food when 8 other people with me finished. When I finally received food asked where my starters were and they said they can't provide this as they have not got any. I asked for tap water and was told to get bottle from outside and they will fill it. It was one waiter that spoilt it whereas all the other seemed friendly. Young earing tight fitted top.

My family placed an order to cater for a group on Eid day at Dawat in Southall. After collecting the food on the day, we found that the main dish - karahi ghosht was less than what we had expected resulting in some of the guests being left hungry. In addition to this the naan bread and rice was also not enough. We were left in such a horrible situation - guests were all at the venue, time was ticking and there was not enough food to go around so we phoned Dawat to see what solution they can offer us and the reply we got was "there is nothing we can do". I think this is disgusting behaviour especially since we have been customers for a long time and the least they could have done was given us a courtesy call after or even apologised which not once did they do! We feel conned and will never be eating/ordering from Dawat again. I will make sure I pass this message on to everyone so they can also see the POOR customer service that you offer!

Just back from the iftaari at double tree Hilton catered by dawat! Please don't bother. There was not a good range of food like advertised. Food was cold and mediocre. There was not even ketchup!! Kids hated it. Instead you should go to nawaabs much much better. The cutlery wasn't clean either. What a waste of money.

Aweful food..from starter to the main course. Taste of the food was like hell and NO hygiene maintained. I would have given ŌĆś0ŌĆÖ if I had the option. Will never be returning.

Attended Iftaar Buffet at Double Tree last week. Worst ever food, few items were re heated from left overs of day before IŌĆÖm sure as the taste was awful. Price is too high for not even 25 dishes although you are advertising as 40. Dishes. Completely misleading info on Advertisements. You have not just lost one customer but all my parties, family and friends. Not going and not recommending Dawat anymore at all.
