Dawn Caravan Sunnymede Rodgers

This is a 8 berth caravan with 3 bedrooms 36 x 12 foot, with a veranda outside. The caravan has a spacious lounge with an electric fire, colour tv with freeview. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size range gas cooker, fridge and small freezer, kettle, toaster microwave and all pots and pans utensils and crockery are provided.
There is a spacious bathroom with shower, wc and handbasin with an electric towel rail.
There is 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms and a double bed pullout in the lounge area.
YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN : Bottom sheets, bed linen, quilt covers and pillowcases. Quilts, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Sleepng without linen is not permitted.
You must also provide your own towels and tea towels.
Your stay is Saturday to Saturday and occupation commences on 2pm on the day or your arrival and you must vacate no later than 10am on the date of depature.
The accomodation together with its furnishings and all equipment including electrical must be kept in good condition and left that way on depature. You will be responsible for any loss, damage and breakages that may occur during your stay and you will be required to replace or cover the cost of any damage, loss or breakages.
