Hi my name is Janet Steadman and I have 3 grandchildren from the age of 18mths, 3 and 10 yrs. I am OFSTED registered child care service with a clear DBS check. I have over twenty years experience of working and caring with children of all ages. I am a kind, caring, patient and trustworthy person all good quality skills needed in this form of work. I fully understand how parents may feel anxiety when leaving their children, this can be traumatic for the parents but most importantly for the child. My aim is to limit stress anxiety or upset by caring for children within the own environment where they are surrounded by their home comforts.

I also have over 20 years of extensive knowledge and experience of working with children young people and families. I have worked in various childcare settings across the sector such as early years settings, local authority residential children's homes, schools, mentor, project worker and the National Citizen Service.
