Our truly free range dairy herd grazes the organic pastures at Daylesford, so their food naturally changes at different times of the year. The lush summer grass is full of natural sugars, herbs and flowers which affects the flavour of the milk, and the resulting artisan cheese. Try some of our award-winning Cheddar and Adlestrop, made by hand on our farm
