Went here last night for a birthday meal for my mum . I called and booked a table the guy was lovely , when we arrived there was more people that turned up and they happily accommodated us. We went to bar and ordered drinks and then the staff brought them over , the food was good , the staff were lovely if anything very keen to keep the dirty plates from being left on the table , everyone had a great night and we were asked before they started clearing away if we wanted anymore food. Good night all in all xxx

It is not a restaurant where u got waiter asking what u want to drink, you simply order urself at the bar but it is far my favorite place to go to while visiting Brighton. I love it

Down Brighton for a day out with my wife as it was bank holiday monday 28/08/17 and decided to stop here for food in the evening before heading off back home. Friendly staff, clean, lots of different foods and pudding on offer, that was all fresh and plenty of it, food was lovely. Great size restaurant and great price. loved the fish pond in the entrance added a nice touch to the place.

Will definitely be returning next time I'm down.

We’ve been coming here ever since and what’s new is that you need to pay first before getting in. Which I think is a good idea. So you don’t have any worries left but how you’re going to finish all the food you picked up!!! 😆 Definitely we’ll return again.

This place has gone down hill ,poor selections on deserts .£15 all u can eat hardly any puddings left .staff whip ur plates away as soon as u put ur cutlery down !toilets disgraceful.not as good as it used to be .

Some staff came across rude & Some hygiene from staff was slightly worrying! We dined on a Saturday evening and was disappointed when wanting deserts we found they had been all taken away chocolate fountains removed which I was really looking forward to. The food was ok but in my opinion I've had far better all you can eat meals and in much nicer more comfortable surroundings. I was part of a large group dinning.

Cannot fault the food, but the bar service was unwelcoming. The worst aspect of the visit was the disgusting toilets. Didn’t look like they were cleaned in the entire time I was there. Urine on the floor for two hours is totally unacceptable.

The atmosphere at days was very disappointing . It was pretty empty which didn't help as it's a big hall felt like I was eating at a college dinning hall.the Food was of a low quality too. Having been too a few similar style buffets recently and been impressed unfortunately I would say days didn't deliver on this occasion .

When first went in at 5.30 this evening were waiting til5.45 until someone came to serve us even though staff saw us waiting and more importantly they were serving themselves. When we got our food none of the food was hot it was all cold

Tonight was a complete and utterly awful experience, my poor grandson was humiliated because at the age of 10 he didn't meet their height limit for a child, what was supposed to be a lovely family meal that we had so been looking forward to was ruined, due to the fact that , if, at the age if 10 you are taller than 1.5M you are an adult and you pay adult prices, due to Height!!!!!!! What a complete discrimination to my grandson who is of average height for a 10 year old.

2 young ladies left due to our situation and another family with a child over the height limit also left

Never ever will I or anyone I know go to this awful place again

Iv been going here a lot over the last 7/8 years, it was my favourite restaurant, but me and my partner went here last night and it was an awful experience there was no choice of dishes at all, the food was disgusting and looked like it had been sitting there for days and at half 9 we were told to hurry up as they were taking all the food away and closing up!!! we didn’t even get a dessert, disgusting food, disgusting customer service, I won’t be going bk there again

I went as a family of 8, and had booked a table on the phone, we all was looking forward to our dinner out. On the phone, not once was the child prices and height restrictions mentioned. After queueing for roughly 20 minutes we spoke to an incredibly rude receptionist. Who then informed us that there was a height restrictions for child pricing. As well as being under 12. My son is 10, who is of about average height, was told to stand next to their ‘child height limit gauge’ he was on the line, 1.5 metres. The rude receptionist/cashier straight away said no, he is adult price. We challenged it, as he is a child of 10. Not expecting to pay an adult price for a child. He was extremely unco-operative, he straight away phoned security- (who actually agreed with us). Made up rules. To get more money out of customers. Also, complete and utter discrimination to tall children.

Would never ever recommend or use this restaurant. Whilst we was dealing with this matter. Another family of 3 left for the same reasons. And a couple of young ladies who left who witnessed the way we were treated and left too. Therefore they lost 13 customers in a few minutes due to their ridiculous discrimination, rules and attitude.

I would give this 0 stars but 1 is the minimum. The food is disgusting, it made me physically sick. I found a long strand of hair (not mine) in the desert and the food tastes like rubbish. The staff are so rude and I was told off for getting another fork as mine was taken away! A woman was having a fit next to us where we were sitting (I hope she's okay) and all the staff were concerned about was getting her out of the restaurant! No dignity at all. Won't be wasting my money in this s*** tip again.

I 'm annoyed I have to give them 1 star, should be none. Absolutely rude, dont know how the manager even has a job, none of the staff are happy, no one asks if you would like a drink, the only time we were spoke to was when he DEMANDED money and told us we had to leave at 22.20 when it states it shuts at 2300, when asked about this he shouted and told us he closes at 22.30, we were rushed continuously, food was closing from 21.30, they mopped the floor before people had even left, i am pregnant so made a point of it being ridiculous due to falls etc but got told I had to walk and get out! Seriously, only go here if you want a argument, absolutely appalling!

Hands down the worst Chinese I’ve ever had, we were both sick afterwards. Chicken satay was half cooked and the duck was dryer than Gandhi’s flip flop. Would not recommend.

Food not hot at all. The place was very cold most people kept there coats on therefore unable to relax. Staff not very helpful .

Most of the chicken dishes were very tough (over cooked) shame!!!
